Regulations

Our licensing and regulatory oversight provide a transparent and secure environment for you to engage in trading activities. You can trade with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that your financial security is a top priority for us.

Licensing in progress

Dexafex operates through a group of subsidiaries. Each entity’s registration number, regulator, and licence number will be published on this page before launch.

Segregated client funds

Client money is held in segregated accounts with banking partners, apart from company funds — it cannot be used to run the business.

Negative balance protection

Every account includes negative balance protection: a losing position can never take a balance below zero, automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Dexafex is preparing for launch. The licences and regulatory authorisations for each Dexafex group entity — including registration and licence numbers — will be published on this page before we accept clients.

Until then, we publish exactly what is in place today: segregated client funds held with banking partners and negative balance protection on every account.

The jurisdictions and regulators for each Dexafex group entity will be listed here, with links to the official registers, as each authorisation is finalised.

The main difference between a regulated broker and an unregulated broker lies in the oversight and compliance with legal and financial standards required by governmental or independent authorities.

A regulated broker is licensed to operate within a specific jurisdiction, or from a country with which there is a mutual regulatory agreement, ensuring the broker is adhering to a set of predefined rules, laws, and protection measures for traders and investors. This licensing shows that a recognized regulator is monitoring the broker’s activities to make sure the broker follows fair trading practices.
